But just like a homecoming, he realized that his passion and purpose lay within the niches of the cloud philosophy arena that he helped formulate during his previous tenure at acre security. 

In Paul's words, acre was more than just a company; it was a brainchild, developed from scratch with immense heart and soul, just like one of your kids.

Looking back now, he sees a company that has transformed significantly. In the past two years, acre has undertaken a journey of revamping its product positioning and marketing on a global scale. The focus has shifted towards offering a unified global platform that caters to different customer cultures and regional requirements like GDPR and privacy specifics. 

 

But, the most significant change, however, isn’t in the brand aesthetics. It’s in the essence of how access control is understood. It's no longer just about opening doors; it's about gathering a diverse range of metadata that provides insights into businesses and workflows.

Paul DiPeso, EVP of Cloud Business Development, acre securityPaul rejoined acre security after his tenure as global president of SAFR at RealNetworks. Previously, he was an equity investor with Feenics, an Access Control as a Service (ACaaS) provider and acquired by acre security, where he held the position of Vice President and General Manager. At Feenics, Paul crafted the company’s sales and marketing strategy while driving the business to consistent triple-digit organic growth year over year.

With over 30 years in the life safety industry, he has also held senior level positions with Tyco International, Lenel, and Honeyell.
