The GM will consolidate our Sisco and TDS visitor management (global) as well continue to grow TDS’ direct access control business in the UK and Ireland. The newly to be consolidated business will need to strengthen and improve the global visitor management growth in defined verticals as well specifically establish growth in underserved current geographical areas such as the USA and mainland Europe.
- Establish a unique culture, identity, and business plan for TDS (incl. Sisco) and build a team united behind it.
- Manage the operational business and that TDS is able to service the demand from current and future clients.
- Further co-develop and execute Acre’s global end user visitor management strategy and gain marketshare in the USA, Europe and in defined end user verticals.
- Direct cost P&L ownership and operational ownership of the TDS and Sisco business, from end-to-end. Strong coordination requirement wit Acre global support functions to guarantee the business leverages the tools and resources available as well focus on the growth execution.
- Along with the acre security management, develop and execute a TDS/Sisco to achieve quarterly P&L and growth objectives.
- Continue to develop, deliver, and execute a growth strategy that considers market shifts and customers’ future needs.
- Develop M&A strategy to further enhance core global capabilities and create differentiating long-term sustainable value.
- Provide senior leadership for the TDS and Sisco team that includes sales, account management, business development, services and product marketing.
- Drive a process that continues to profitably and synergistically leverage acre’s company-wide differentiators.
- Enhance and improve existing process and organization necessary to maintain and execute strong relationships with key customers and technology partners.
- Own, manage and execute the product roadmap necessary for TDS and Sisco growth.
