Sales Development Representative

Summary

Fantastic opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join acre security.

As SDR you will support the sales team and the generation of new business opportunities for our award-winning Cloud Based Visitor Management & Access Control Solutions.

You will be joining a mature sales organisation who has recently secured investment to grow the team. Our solutions provide the most advanced enterprise visitor management system, Access Control, health and safety controls, Workplace Management, as well as for analytics and auditing functionality.

Acre solutions are used across hundreds of highly regulated, and security-conscious industries so that workers can connect and collaborate with confidence while visitors have a great experience when visiting our customers' locations. With secure customized technology, users can develop workflow automation that reflects real-world applications, ensuring the safety and security of the entire workforce. This is a full-time role with opportunity for progression.

Include the following, but are not limited to:

- Understand and be certified related to the product portfolio
- Develop a defined pipeline of qualified leads for the assigned portfolio
- Outbound lead generation and where applicable manage ABM campaigns
- Maintain full information of opportunities and customer tasks and reporting
- Log and update leads, opportunities, contacts and contracts within CRM
- Participate in sales and marketing meetings
- Qualification of leads and scheduling of product demonstrations
- Meet monthly demonstration targets
- Develop business relationships
- Issue marketing material
- Meet monthly new appointment targets: Schedule Teams/Zoom/Google meetings with prospects for sales
- Have a good financial understanding within their area
- Develop/use phone and appointment setting skillset
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Expert level of written and verbal communication
- Very good command of English language both written and verbal
- Customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Willingness and passion to learn skills and knowledge
- Team player with the ability to work independently
