Summary

A key role on site, responsible for ensuring the ongoing integrity and effectiveness of the client’s security systems. The Service and Maintenance Engineer will monitor, maintain, and fix systems as necessary, in line with a monthly service and maintenance schedule, whilst managing the documentation and updating client master list information. The role also entails identifying vulnerabilities and areas for improvement and upgrade. Client satisfaction and customer service are absolutely key to the success of this role.
