As new measures take hold, some of our third-party suppliers are adjusting pricing—either through MSRP increases or the addition of tariff-related surcharges. These changes are not uniform, but they are having a noticeable impact across several product categories.
At Acre, we’re working closely with our supply partners to manage this evolving environment. Wherever possible, we’re negotiating accommodations to shield our customers—particularly for previously quoted projects.
Looking ahead, our pricing will reflect these new realities. Any cost changes introduced will be clearly tied to third-party tariffs, with no hidden fees or margin increases from Acre. If and when tariffs are lifted, those charges will be rolled back accordingly.
