The Employee Event feature provides a streamlined check-in process. It works by enabling the feature, and once activated, guests are prompted to scan their employee badge. This feature reduces the check-in time significantly, making the process faster and more efficient.
2. Manned (hosted) Check-in
This feature is specially designed for events where client staff will handle guest check-ins. The Manned (hosted) Check-in process allows the user to view a list of pre-registered attendees by selecting the event on the home page. From there, users can quickly check in guests by selecting their names from the list, and the process follows other specified configurations.
3. Quick Self Check-in
The Quick Self Check-in feature is the perfect solution for people who prefer to check in by themselves. The guest's name entered will be displayed on the Kiosk main screen, making the check-in process faster and more streamlined. This seamless integration enhances efficiency and expedites the overall experience.
